Born in Calumet and after graduating from Michigan State, you spent 22 years in Chicago working on various design projects, front-end development, campaigns, and much more. During this time, you also served as the IT person for smaller agencies where you worked, giving you valuable experience in solving a wide range of technology problems.
Your background in bridging gaps between design and development, along with your experience building websites, working on user experience, and developing mobile apps gives you a solid foundation for this type of work. The fact that you can make technology less intimidating for people is particularly valuable.
